... are growing up so fast! no time yet to update too much of the past few weeks in words but here are some pics!!

lil' ayden has gone thru a photoshoot on 17th april with allison of F8 Angels.. we had a fun session despite the HOT weather at mummy's place.. i have received 1 pic from her so far for the sweetest moments announcement card.. patiently waiting for the rest of the pics.. and i can't wait to see how cute both As are! =P

thanks for having the patience to get stuck in those irritating PIE jams from Tuas to mum's place which takes u almost 1.5 - 2hrs to reach. (i would have kicked up a ruckus!)

our week in THREES before ayden comes to town.. =)

the last week prior to didi's arrival was spent lovingly with missy. we just want her to know that we love her lots lots no matter who comes along! and it happened that my cussies from hkg were in town too for the good friday holiday and we were all hoping didi will decide to arrive earlier for his aunts to see b4 they go home... which he did!

anyway, as we can't bring her home on the 1st weekend of april, we brought missy back with us on the last weekend of march! and we brought her to vivo to have some fun, especially in toys'r'us for her shopping! =P

cos baby ayden arrives!!! and make our beautiful family complete... =)

4.50am ~ 1st wave of contractions felt.. and i tot i was dreaming... zzzzzzzz...
5.00am-12pm+ ~ contractions were painful but erratic @ abt 1/2 to 1hr apart..
1pm-3pm ~ got back to mum's place as contractions were still erratic.. contractions got nearer to about 20 mins or so and the whole family urged me to check myself into TMC as none of them wana be my midwife! hahaha..

3.30pm ~ reached TMC and contractions were intense but at 13-15 mins apart.. was monitored for abt 1/2 hr or so. no dilation and Dr. Wong spoke to me over the phone & thinks i shd go home to rest and come back only when contractions are 5mins apart. sigh.. paid $49.50 for the observation! hmpf!

4.30pm ~ reached home & played with weewee for awhile. missed her already as she was so sad she couldn't join us the 1st time we went to TMC.

4.45pm-5.30pm ~ contractions started to be 5 mins apart!! argh! ayden must be joking with us.. tsk tsk.. told mum i'll smack his bum even if doc doesn't! hahaha..

6pm+ ~ reached TMC and the delivery ward nurses laughed when they saw me. i shouldn't have gone home! grrr... nurse wang wei still had my notes! cervix was checked and dilation was 2 cm.

6.30pm-7pm ~ was given enema and then moved to delivery room #5. nurse ww checked again and i was about 3cm dilated and contractions are getting damn painful! anaesthetist came by to administered the epidural. dear could watch the process this time round and confirms with me that the needle is indeed thick and big! but all went well and funny anaesthetist can even comment on my tattoo! hurhurhur..

7.50pm ~ dr. wong arrives and VE shows i m 4cm dilated but now. she orders dinner for me as she doesn't think i will pop anytime soon cos dilatin is ard 1cm per hour. (my tots: maybe ayden will be like weewee. she didnt expect i will pop early too! ha.. ) catheter inserted and water bag was burst by dr. wong. was also given a drug thru' drip to hasten the contractions. current contractions @ 3-5mins apart.

8.15pm-8.30pm ~ nurse ww increased dosage of epi as the VE still hurts and the stupid catheter is making me so uncomfortable!! i tried hard to sleep.. dilation was 5cm.

9pm ~ change of nurses' shift (just like during weewee's time..) and snr staff nurse sarina came by to take over and check on me. told her about the pain that i felt at the pelvic area. like bb's bearing down.. VE done and i m 8cm dilated!!! she prepared room for delivery and informed dr. wong. another 2 VE done and i went from 8cm to 9cm to 10 cm in just 10 minutes time!! piangz. this nurse is damn good.. hahahaa..

9.20pm ~ wave of contractions. she taught me how to push (obviously i have forgotten! if not, i wouldn't have even tried for #2, would i?? LOL!). BREATHE IN. HOLD. AND PUSH! a set of 3 was done during this contraction and she could already see bb's hair.. and for a moment, i tot bb ayden can make it out @ the same time as jie jie adri @ 2126.. =)

9.30pm ~ 2nd wave of contractions. she had her fingers in place to aid in the delivery. dr. wong arrived in the midst of the 2nd round pushing and while preparing herself, she made me promise her something.. "my dear, do me a favour. for #3 (to which i was already shaking my head at!), do not go home even if the nurses or myself tell u to do so!!" wakakakaka...

9.30pm-9.41pm ~ 3rd wave of contractions. dr. wong took over and bb ayden came out on the 4th push. delivered safely to my 2nd bundle of joy @ 2141hours.. bb was cleaned and weighed in @ 3.465kg/ 52 cm long/ 35 cm HC.... i tink dear & i did a good job!!! *pats on our backs*

9.41pm ~ stitched and cleaned up..

10.20pm+ ~ settled down in room 615.. and still feeling elated over my darling's arrival.. waiting anxiously for the next day so sweetheart weewee can meet her lil' brother!

just how foul-smelling can one's mouth get??

i have already tolerated her blardy comments like "wow! u are SOOOOOOOOOO BIG!!! u look like u have twins!!" (anyway, datz cos i m tall, u MIDGET!).. and "when are u gg for maternity leave? u wana give birth here ar??" (ya ya.. i will purposely go to your side @ the exact moment my water bag burst! tsk..)

anyway, wat absolutely pissed me off was this.. i was talking sabri, hj & monica just outside the door when the office sl*t "choose" this "perfect" timing to go to the toilet.. as she was about to walk past, she paused and looked at my tummy.. and EXCLAIMED "WOW!! ur stomach is still very high! when are u due? in 2 weeks time? wah.. with ur stomach still so high, u'll have a HARD time in delivery!!"... to which monica & hj rolled her eyes and Sab retorted "datz cos she is tall!!!".. me? i was simply dumbfounded... i just kept repeating "no! baby is very low already... "! (and i made sure Sab & Shanti helped to further reinforce my words & convey this message after my checkup in the afternn.. they helped by walking over to kelly and told her loudly so that the office sl*t who is sitting near her can hear LOUD & CLEAR.. 'cherie's doc said her stomach very low already!!! anytime can deliver!!!' hurhurhur)

no one i spoke to can imagine such words coming from a HUMAN.. dat proves my point. she is a INHUMANE sl*t... well... this is something she will NEVER get to experience in her blardy lifetime.. and mind u, her loneliness wun be by choice and ISN'T by choice too. tell me. which living human can tolerate a BEAST for their wife/girlfren for the matter? hmm.. NONE... good luck in advance to the one who can.

well... i know bb ayden is a good boy and loves me. so... i know i will have a SAFE & SMOOTH delivery!

me @ 38 weeks...

1st april! dear actually told bb ayden in my tummy "didi ar, u better be guai guai today and dun make a fool out of urself ar!" LOL!! wat a daddy.. tsk.. =P

anyway, for 2 pregnancies, this is the 1st time dear couldnt make it for the gynae appt with me as he had to rush thru' his month-end reports.. but! being the nicey wife (*PUKES*) i m, i dun mind going alone la.. hahaha..

last checkup @ 37 weeks: bb ayden's weight = 3kg and i put on only 100g from the previous visit 2 weeks ago! hiaks..
this checkup @ 38 weeks: bb ayden's weight = 3.4+kg!! and i put on 1.3kg.. GOSH! dr. wong got a shock cos she was expecting didi to be ard 3.2kg.. oopsie! finally, i heard her golden words "u must try to eat less already!" hahahahaha.. golden words cos i put on 22kg+ with adri and she didnt say a word! and she said i can definitely do it.. for this pregnancy, i have put on a total of 18.9kg till date and she is already worried! keke..

tink she's worried cos didi's size has always been smaller as compared to adri at the same weeks. however, from the last to this week, his weight just shot up like dat! (to think i was putting 2kgs every week in the last tri with adri.. ) so so so.. dr. wong said if bb's weight reaches 3.8kg next week, she will suggest induce.. hmm.. i dun mind! but wat an irony! just when i have decided last week that i will just grin and bear with the pains so didi can choose his own birthday! LOL.. la la la la la.. =)
