my 1st trip out of Singapore!!!

good day everybody! tis is adrienne reporting on my 1st trip to genting over the weekend..

28.11.08 friday

i woke up at 4am+ tinking daddy will surely pat me back to sleep.. but he didn't! he just woke up & played with me.. hmm... are we doing something special today, i thought... and yes we are! i overheard the adults saying we are taking this coach by transtar to genting! and mummy says itz going to be fun!! so... OFF WE GO! and GENTING, HERE WE COME!

erm... so much for my excitement cos i tot we'll reach there just like dat.. hur... fat hope.. the coach ride took 6 over hours and we reached ard 1pm+..






datz me in my stroller in the coach! and i just woke up after a 2 hrs nap.. cos i just knew we are reaching!!! woohoo..

after check-in, mummy changed me cos i perspired in the coach.. it was just so warm.. hmm..
anyway, 太婆 & 婆婆 & the other adults went to the casino after lunch (at a not so yummy yet terribly expensive restaurant call "yum yum chinese restaurant" funny hor??).. while姨姨s & 舅舅s went to the theme park!

me? i had to accompany mummy to Padini concept stores while she bought 4 pairs of shoes!!! wah.. i caught my daddy shaking his head a little.. keke.. mummy kept saying the shoes are very cheap and they got it in her humongous size so well... as long as mummy dun use the $$$ in my piggy bank.. keke

anyway, i m so happy!! cos i got to go on the rides i've set my eyes on since i stepped into this place called First World Plaza.. a little stuffy in here but who cares? look at those beautiful rides! woohoo!!!




mummy brought me on those rides while daddy took charge of the camera which is quite obvious looking at all the stupid positions & faces he caught of mummy... so not much to show today.. haha!

姨公 treated us to dinner at ah yat which mummy & the rest all COMPLAINED about.. which made me wonder y are they charging such exorbitant prices! the ah yat in sg is much much better with real good quality food.. i heard from mummy dat the food here pales in comparison and they are not hot to begin with! i dunno abt adults but as a baby, i also like my milk warm..

tis is the abalone which was part of the RM 980 package.. (psst... not only the food sucks.. the manager sucks too cos 姨婆 & 姨公 are angry with her... oops!


anyway, i was too tired from all the travelling so mummy & daddy gotta bring me back to the hotel room 1st to bathe & feed me.. i dun like bathing here though! i had to do it in a sink which i m so scared of hurting myself in!! hmpf!

29.11.08 saturday

i feel so good waking up to such beautiful weather! we went for breakfast at KFC and i saw my favourite ride, the carousel!! since nobody reali understand my babble, i pointed and babbled at the same time to make sure daddy caught my hint...

daddy finally got it and he brought me to ride on the horses again... (dun u tink i reali resembles daddy?)


someone recommended 姨婆 to mushroom farm which is a mere 5 minutes ride from First World and transport is free if we have our "mum-mum" there.. so since e adults didnt know whr to go for lunch esp after a DISAPPOINTING time at ah yat, they decided to just try the lunch at this place..

and......... it turns out that the food is fantastic!! it was soooo good, we went back for dinner too.. aiyo.. these adults ar... they are just like me.. they aren't sick of eating the same thing like i ain't sick of my milk... hoho!

made daddy bring me for more rides after lunch.. this is us Q-ing up for the ferris wheel ride but it was such a long Q, we gave up... and we went back to my boring carousel but i like it! keke





back at the hotel, surrounded by the adults.. think they are all smitten by me.. they can't stop gushing about how cute i m.. tink only mummy knows i m such a devil.. though she can't help but love me lots lots too! (and has to put up with my constant bullying...)



after dinner, OUT in THE COLD... but itz so beautiful and cool... i like...







30.11.08 sunday

while we were waiting for 姨公 to be ready, i can't resist bullying my youngest 舅舅! and cos i am so irresistably cute, he wun scold me one.. hohoho... so many advantages!!

no matter wat i do, i still love u 舅舅

i love my mummy but we both think she needs a haircut by uncle jimson again.. itz growing haywire.. so ugly! check out her side profile.. eeks..

mummy went for the rides too but no one to help her take the pics cos 太婆 dunno how to use the cam.. keke.. daddy went up on the ride too.. daddy says itz not scary but mummy hasnt done this in a long time and she was quite reluctant to go up on the ride.. keke.. scaredy cat like me!

finally! on the way back to SG.. tis is me after sleeping in daddy's arms for 3 hrs.. poor daddy.. i love u okie?

mummy, u'll bring me to other places too right? can't wait!!!
