so......... i didnt even know i was possibly 'hit' by a meteor or abducted by aliens b4 i gave birth to my little ALIEN! kekeke..

as mentioned in my earlier post about our trip to tampines 1, this is the picture that was taken for the tampines 1 promo advert. hmm... daddy and the rest of the family has been wondering if this little girl will appear in the ad.. erm.. as for me, i dun hold much expectations.. hahaha! i know my kiddo is cute but... she is not smiling.. AS USUAL! hahaha...

well, the ad will go out on 18th July (just nice.. itz my birthday!!).. let's wait & see if i will get my "best" birthday present then... hiaks...

tis is the way i brush my teeth i brush my teeth........ so early in the morning..

missy has been given tis cutie toothbrush since last month cos she's always telling us "brush" when she sees us doing it in the mornings..

however, looking at the way she does it, i tink mummy still has to continue cleaning her teeth for her b4 bathing for a LONG time, lest all her teeth fall off... hahaha!

jas brought dayan to join missy for her music class.. and proving our theory right is missy. our theory? dat she loves kids, especially handsome kids!!!!!! she was so not shy.. aiyo... i wonder wat will we do in future when guys turn up at our doorstep wanting to befriend her?? or when parents of the guys calling us up to get us to stop missy from seeing them?? hahaha.. ok. i m tinking too much.. oopsie!

shopping shopping!! tampines 1 & crocs

brought missy to tampines 1 with 美姨, 婆婆, mummy & dear...

heard abt the super-packed carparks in the vicinity so we decided to take the MRT instead. kinda regretted my decision while walking to the station cos itz excruciatingly HOT!!!

this is missy enjoying her walk... (while perspiring like mad... haha!) itz a lucky thing dat her hair is 'long' enough to be tied. else i wldnt know how to deal with the wet & smelly hair.. LOL..

lunch was at manpuku @ tampines 1.

hmm.. well, heard lotsa reviews on this place prior to reali eating here.

and since it was mentioned on some TV program, it is a must try right?

esp the fruit tarts which the shop 'supposedly' makes only a limited 20 per day.

so here's the lowdown. only the udon, in my opinion was worth trying!

the sushi, sashimi & omu rice were ok but not fantastic. the wakame salad was so salty that it became bitter and i almost puked the whole portion out.

as for the tarts.. hmm.. we ordered 3 pieces at $7+ per piece. after tasting all 3, our table of 5 + 1 (wee wee...) unanimously concluded that the tarts are not worth the hype. they reali aren't that fantastic. it was more cream than fruits. the tarts look tall & big but not of substance. wat a waste to the super good looks of these tarts...

there was an event going on at the mall organised by 933 & the mall. they are taking pics of shoppers and if you are selected, u will appear as one of the many faces in their print ads! missy had her photo taken and the photographer was so tickled by her.. keke...

and since we were going to take the train back to mummy's place after the shopping ard, dear & i decided to drop by expo for the crocs sale!

while walking towards hall 4A for the sale, we saw lotsa pple with at least 1 big bag of crocs and the following conversation took place..

me: "dear, these pple siao ar? got so cheap or not? they think free issit?.. wat economy downturn?"

dear: "hmm... ya man.. as if the shoes are free"

me: "will u believe it if i dun get anything later from the sale?'

dear: "hurhur... dunno.."

almost 1hr later, we came out with 11 pairs of crocs, and 8 packs of jibbitz and a damage of $265..

and needless to say, i kena suan-ed..

dear: "erm baby, i tot u said u wun get anything?? and the shoes are free?? whahahahhaha......."

this is the goodie bag we got for spending above $200 in a single receipt!! hiaks hiaks..

dear & i m on leave today to bring missy for shoot with our fav photographer, maryann at studioloft.. i wonder if missy's got something against the studio though.. she is so sticky to the both of us and soooo not co-operative just like the 1st photoshoot with them! hmm.. but nevertheless, with maryann's great skills, we were assured of great shots... (just dun ask me y missy ain't smiling in most of them.. if u can communicate with missy, pls ask her... hahaha!)
