sweetie carol dated the 4 buis and the other 3 美女s besides herself for brunch @ conrad, oscar's.. woohoo!! *slurp*, my cholesterol-index-bursting foie gras (i tink i had 5 or 6 pieces??)!! yummy as usual though a tad too oily for more to be savoured...
oooohh... not forgetting my favourite waffles (i had 3! with 2 scoops of ice cream! sinful...) and souffle! what else can i say?? except *slurp slurp & slurp*... and maybe my question to carol... "when are we meeting again??" hee!

as mentioned in my earlier post, missy knows how to tell u her name.. for those who have yet to hear it for urself, i have the below 2 vids.. but erm... missy has gone from "ay-yearn" (sounding like "alien") to "arn-nien" (erm.. "onion"??).. i have a feeling her name will evolve to become "ar-yan" soon... which means she will be like the million-dollar man aka stephen chow, who can turn into an "iron"?? OMG.. paiseh dear readers.. i have gone out of my mind... hahahaha!

missy 123s ABCs happy birthday
messy title i know i know! but i dunno how to phrase it otherwise...

hahahaha.. 1 random shopping post...
went to vivo to see the levi's pink sneaker wedges.. and of cos being the kiasu me, i couldnt resist placing a call to them and check out the largest size (yesh yesh.. finding shoes are "real" easy for me.. so normally i just grab once the shoes i like are available in my size!!!.. dat explains my shoes collections.. LOL) and they have it in my size and itz available! woohoo.. so i reserved them and popped down during lunch.. my my... itz 3 inches high but who cares! they are sooooo cute.. dun care.. buy liao then say.. and sabri bought a pair too! hahaha.. cldnt resist.. got it @ 20% off cos i signed up for the membership as well.. (omg.. i m spending as if i have loads of $$$. which in actual fact, i m BROKE!!! dear has been asking if i hv enough to spend and i hvnt dared to answer his question yet.. ooops.. jialat. and considering the 3 shorts i bought over the weekend.. i m very sure i am BARRED from anymore shopping till pay day..)
ok.. shhhhhhhhhh... i shall act blur till next week until i m freed from the poverty reins..

itz not often that we go to my mil's place.. (okay okay.. i will make sure ah bian squeeze the time out in future!).. and surprisingly, missy was at her sweetest (and may i say fakest) on sunday when we visited her granny and aunts!
she greeted every1 with zest and enthusiasm, hugged every1 (even wanted to hug the buddha figurine after bai bai.. & eventually settled for blowing a kiss at the figurine), asked me for permission b4 doing anything, acceded to each & every requests that were made towards her (e.g. repeating her name many times etc) AND she DIDN'T throw any tantrum at all! woah.. since when do i hv such a nice missy huh??
hahaha..
guess this missy's EQ shdnt be too bad in future! kekeke.. =)

it was a great great saturday when we had our gathering again with oct'07 mummies!
it was held at Coffee Club this time round *wink wink to Lilian* and while mummies & daddies enjoyed, the kids were busy mingling and "socializing"! wat a big difference as compared to our birthday bash last year.. they were the blur blur sotong babies who were going to become toddlers then.. and now? they can speak and communicate (though most communication were obviously still done thru' actions la.. esp the many kisses & hugs that were going around.. LOL!)
i can't wait for the next gathering! missy enjoyed herself tremendously despite a little fall cos matty was sot-tioed by her.. and cldnt control himself but to give her a big hug..
and not forgetting little tiffany who was 6 and who was soooooooo sweet towards adri.. if only "alien" can be so nice to her sibling (provided i pop) in future! =)

a busy busy saturday
06.06.09 saturday
it was a busy busy busy saturday.. missy woke us up at 6am+ as if she knew she was gonna be in for a whole day of fun... and it was!!!
it started with my co's family sports day at jurong east stadium.. woohoo!! i always liked such events though ppl ard me know i m not a sports person to begin with, i have always made up for it with my cheering!!! haha.. anyway, it was a good chance to bring missy to meet my colleagues after having bombarded them with my relentless updates on missy in the office.. heehee..
it was missy's nap time by the time we got there at ard 9.10am.. and yup, she was sleeping in the car b4 we even reached.. and slept in my arms for abt another 1/2 hr before greeting the world with her big, teardrop-shaped eyes.. haha.. and i think they already fell in love with missy (conveniently forgetting the many stories of missy terrorizing me at home...). missy had a great time playing and dancing to the hit songs the dj was playing! and yes, missy can dance better now.. at least she bops her head in rhythm to the music! hiaks hiaks..

however, dear pulled his hamstring while running for the relay match.. hmm.. tink he's hurt quite badly and he's still walking with a limp.. sorie dear! it was all becos i put ur name down for the match.. love ya! hope u recover soon..

missy fell asleep b4 the end of the prize presentation ard 1pm+ so we left for home early.. when she woke up, she was busy roaming the house (so guilty cos we hvnt brought her back for quite awhile as the hse was in a mess) and playing with her toys!..
and then it was off to Coffee Club at Millenia Walk for 婆婆's birthday celebrations with the family...
my darling 婆婆 turns 73 this year on 8th June.. dun u tink she still looks so cool?? no ah-ma clothes for her! she decks out in esprit and the brands.. hahahaha! love her love her love her soooooooooo much... my wish for her is to be healthy & happy =)
ooh! one thing to mention.. the very very notti us got her magic candles which wun go out unless dunked in water.. hahaha! can u imagine us doing dat to a sweet old lady? hiaks hiaks! but she is game for anything, as always!.. only pity is that they can only finish one small slice of my patissier strawberry cognac cake each.. cos they are too full from dinner! argh.. and even though granny loves cognac, she was too full too.. hmm.. nevertheless, we all had a great dinner and great fun! thanks to the crazy company.. hahaha.. and of cos not forgetting the crazy cousins.. =P
anyways, before ending my post.. just an update: missy is now into hip-hop as seen in the following demonstrations.. hahaha! check out those handsigns.. hiaks..

missy's new toy!!
thanks to mummyaria for posting pics of little aria enjoying her new toy, the kitchen set from toys'r'us, missy now has a new toy! hahaha...
she was excited seeing this new toy as 美姨 assembled it.. but my poor baby has had a rough day. she just fell in the morning while standing on her kiddo armchair. resulted in a bruise on her left under-eye and her whole lower left leg was bruised and swollen too. sigh. question: of all things that she can 'inherit' from me, y must she 'inherit' my CLUMSINESS and klutz nature?? aiyooooo.. plus the bad running nose and cough she's gotten from my brother, she's such a poor baby now.. =( *heartpain*
anyways, proof of my darling enjoying her new toy...

missy was so busy on last saturday (31/5/09)..
she was busy saving her $$$ in the cute atm piggy bank i got for her 3 mths back.. haha! and erm.. obviously she can't squeeze the $ in the correct slot yet.. however, as there are 2 other slots for dollars and the atm card, she deposited the $$$ into these slots instead.. hahaha!
check out some of her smug looks while looking at the camera. one of her favourite "pose" when i tell her to look at me while i photograph her.. erm.. attitude problem like me??
missy with her oranges.. she was soooo busy taking the oranges out from the plastic bag and plonking all onto daddy's hands.. er... "dear ar! daddy's hands ain't as big as u think wor... "

oops! and sorie for lumping it with her on the potty pics.. cos she needed to pee right after her prayers.. oopsie!

went to the new mall, iluma with family & missy on 30th May.. nothing to shout about.. the stores were definitely different from the mainstream malls.. no complaints abt dat as itz a breath of fresh air! but... problem is the things they stocked ain't that fantastic...
